How to count the number of items
The quantity you enter when booking is the number of items that will be stored.
1 bag = 1 unit
Each bag, suitcase, or item is counted as a separate unit.
Contents inside the bag are not counted
Items inside a bag do not become extra units, as long as the bag closes properly.
Loose items = extra unit
Items without a bag (boxes, bicycles, etc.) are counted as their own unit.
Oversized items need confirmation
For irregular or very large items, contact the partner first.
